PocketDOF, version 1.2 for Windows Mobile and Android

PocketDOF goes in version 1.2 for both Android and Windows Mobile.

This version allows you when you quit and re-run the application to recover the parameters that were previously entered. Hence you find your previous tuning back and win in productivity.

BadaDOF

BadaDOF is the same application as PocketDOF but is intented for Samsung smartphones running Bada OS (Samsung Wave for now).

BadaDOF allows you to calculate  precise information regarding the hyperfocal distance and the area of sharpness (depth of field), given the confusion circle, the focal and aperture of the lens and the distance of the subject.

It also allows you to reverse the calculation of DOF, that is calculate the focus distance and minimal aperture given the focal and depth-of-field required.

 

As for PocketDOF, BadaDOF is worth 2€. But you can only purchase through the Samsung App Store. (Search for BadaDOF)
